Our Marengo, Illinois, location is both a state-of-the art manufacturing facility and headquarters to our North and South American operations. At over half a million square feet, the space employs sophisticated manufacturing and robotic equipment — plus more than 475 highly skilled and well-trained professionals. We also have a Parts Distribution Facility, a 120,000-square-foot manufacturing annex building and a brand-new design center that is currently being built.

Our facility’s ISO 9001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007 certifications shows our strong customer focus, the commitment of top management, and that advanced processes are in place to help ensure quality, safety and continual improvement in the products we manufacture.

Safety Points: Unicarriers has an extensive safety policy that all visitors have to read and sign off on before entry into the plant. Safety glasses, ear plugs and hair nets will be provided. Visitors must wear thick soled slip resistant shoes. No thin soles, high heels, or regular tennis shoes are allowed. No electronic devices (cell phones, cameras, etc) are allowed in the production warehouse areas. Only plain wedding bands (with no stones) are allowed. All other jewelry is to be removed including wristwatches, ear rings, necklaces, etc. Neckties should be either removed or tucked into the shirt.
