This executive dinner provides a practical introduction to Agentic AI and what it means for modern supply chains. Using real-world supply chain examples and case studies, we’ll show what types of problems AI agents are well suited to solve (and which ones they are not). We’ll also illustrate how agents operate across planning, procurement, operations, and supplier workflows. Participants will leave with a practical way to identify high-value supply chain use cases and assess where Agentic AI can have the greatest impact in their own environments.
Participants will then participate in guided roundtable discussions with their peers, exploring the implications of AI adoption, beyond the technology itself. What does AI mean for team structures, roles, and capacity - including how leaders should think about hiring, reskilling, and redeploying talent as automation increases. The discussion will address common fears around AI, how to talk about AI internally, and how to bring teams along without resistance or uncertainty. We’ll also examine how AI can improve job satisfaction by removing low-value, repetitive work, allowing teams to focus on higher-impact initiatives.
The evening is designed as a candid, peer-level conversation grounded in real operational experience, with attendees walking away with clearer perspectives on how to lead through AI-driven change.
